We enjoyed a wonderful Memory Cafe session with seven service users and one member of staff. We shared refreshments and chatted about SubCo day trips, looking at some lovely photos to spark our memories. Afterwards, the attendees shared their own favourite holiday memories to stick onto our memory tree. We heard some great stories, from going on a motorbike holiday from East Ham to Cornwall in 1965, to driving round Las Vegas in limousines. At the end everyone had the chance to plant some flower seeds, which should do very well in the warm weather.
